THE IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STRATEGY ON SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT

The current research has been conducted to study the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurship strategy on sustainable supply chain management and organizational performance of entrepreneurship companies in Tehran. The research method is a type of descriptive-survey approach. Statistical population included all entrepreneurship companies in Tehran, whose number was about 352 companies. Totally, 210 companies participated in the research. Questionnaire was used to gather data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis using face validity and content validity. Reliability of the questionnaire was measured and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The sample was selected by simple random sampling approach. It was used descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and structural equations modeling to analyze data. Results showed that entrepreneurship orientation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial strategy and organizational performance. Entrepreneurship strategy affects supply chain and organizational performance. Furthermore, supply chain affects organizational performance.
